Submit 2 substitute certifications, or 1 certification plus an official English test score at the level of TOEIC 850 or higher TEPS 336 / TOEFL 98 / OPIc IM3 or higher / TOEIC Speaking Advanced Low or higher TOEIC and other language test scores are accepted only if they have not expired as of the deadlines below in the semester of expected graduation. Submit by the second week of May in the spring semester and by the second week of November in the fall semester. As a rule, a scanned copy of the physical certificate must be submitted. |

3. Other Graduation Requirements
- Complete the credits required for graduation, including general education, major foundation, and major courses as specified in the curriculum
- Meet the standards of the Graduation Certification Program
- Complete at least one of the following — double major, intensive major, linked major, interdisciplinary major, or student-designed major — and pass the University’s graduation review
- Cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher
- Meet the standards of the graduation examination administered by the Department (* See the Department website and academic notices)
- The graduation examination is also required for double-major students
- Total credits required for graduation: 132 credits
- General education credits follow the University-wide requirements for each entering class
- Major foundation 15 credits / major required 18 credits / major including major required 66 credits (at least 45 credits)
- Class of 2016: 15 major required credits
- Double-major students: major foundation, major required, and major credit requirements are the same as for standard students
- Transfer students: complete 66 credits in total (at least 45 major credits including 18 major required credits)
- Transfer students are exempt from general education credits
- Minor students: exempt from major foundation / 6 major required credits / 21 major credits including major required
- The “CAU Seminar” course does not apply to the class of 2015
